Your TapWise system is a little bit different than a normal long draw system, so please do not change the regulator gauges without calling the Sestra Support team. We’re also happy to talk to your beer distributor to alleviate any concerns they may have. If we do determine together that your beer is best poured at a different pressure, we’ll walk you through it.
